The Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves supporting sales performance, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and implement appropriate actions to improve sales results.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and ensure proper stock replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, merchandising standards, and overall presentation.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower coverage during operating hours.
• Train and coach team members to improve their performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on store performance and operational issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a team and work towards sales targets.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
