Drive Finance Transformation in a Growing Global Business Services Organisation
Our client is a newly established GBS organisation embarking on an exciting regional transformation. If you thrive at the intersection of finance, technology and continuous improvement, this is your chance to help shape a modern finance function - from the ground up. The Role
A broad and varied remit spanning governance, transformation and technology:
- Building and maintaining SSC governance frameworks, SLAs, OLAs and performance reporting structures
- Designing KPI dashboards to track service delivery, quality and value realisation
- Leading process re-engineering initiatives, applying Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Bridging Finance, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions
- Managing finance system changes, UAT, go-live activities and ongoing platform support
- Identifying and delivering automation opportunities using tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Leading change management, training and adoption for new processes and systems
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS or a related field
- At least 5 years' experience (Senior Specialist) or 8+ years (Manager) in finance transformation, governance or systems
- Solid understanding of finance operations and their interaction with technology
- A proven track record in process improvement, BPR or system implementation
- Experience in a regional or multi-country Shared Services environment is a distinct advantage
