At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing, events, roadshow planning, or a related field.

Diploma in Graphic Design or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.

Creative and skilled in content writing for social media advertisements.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Creative and innovative.

Must be willing to travel and work in Kota Damansara.

Assist the team in planning, developing, executing, and coordinating marketing and branding activities across online and offline channels, including setting up marketing team SOPs.

Work closely with the team to manage marketing campaigns and advertising across digital platforms and social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Analytics.

Develop landing pages and online sales funnels to boost e-commerce performance.

Work with the Training Team on live programmes through Facebook and other social media platforms to support company strategies.

Set monthly budgets for paid traffic and lead generation to achieve company KPIs.

Develop strategies and tactics to optimise sales funnels through split testing, pricing strategies, and other methods.

Manage marketing campaigns such as roadshows, Members Day, loyalty campaigns, anniversaries, festive seasons, and related activities.

Conceptualise new on-site ideas to create the best user experience across digital platforms, including e-commerce.

Determine segmentation strategies for online traffic and email lists.

Enhance website and social media traffic through graphic design and content creation for advertisements.

Visit outlets regularly before or during events, conduct marketing inspections, provide marketing guidance, and prepare reports.

Build rapport with outlets and provide support on ways to improve sales.

Communicate closely with outlets on marketing strategies and prepare relevant memos.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the team or Management.
