1. Customer Service

• Greet customers and guide them to seats
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Answer questions about menu items
• Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience

2. Food & Drink Serving

• Serve food and drinks to tables
• Check orders are correct before serving
• Clear used plates and utensils

3. Cashier Duties

• Handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet)
• Issue receipts and manage transactions
• Operate POS system

4. Cleanliness & Dining Area Maintenance

• Clean tables after customers leave
• Keep dining area neat and organized
• Follow hygiene and safety standards

5. Upselling & Promotions

• Recommend menu items or promotions
• Encourage add-ons (drinks, desserts, sides)

6. Teamwork

• Work closely with bar and kitchen crew
• Help during busy periods (rush hours)
• Follow supervisor instructions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
