Job Responsibilities :
Act as RO approved by the SFC for Type 1, regulated activities;

Oversee, manage, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the SFC's Code of Conduct and relevant guidelines;

Formulate and review internal procedures to enhance business productivity and effectiveness;

To assist in communicating with regulatory bodies;

Handle any ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Must be a current holder of SFC Type 1, with both unconditional RO status and eligibility to act as a Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 1 regulated activities;

1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of SFC’s regulations and guidelines;

Be detail-oriented and highly analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving;

Interact effectively with all levels of staff and external parties;

Fluency in English and (Cantonese or Mandarin) is required;

Knowledge in Virtual Asset is an advantage.
