About the Role

PopoMama is looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive to grow our online sales and digital presence.

You’ll manage our e-commerce channels and digital marketing activities across brand webstore, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and social platforms, with a clear focus on driving traffic, conversion and sales.

What You’ll Do

• Manage e-commerce stores, including product listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns and store optimisation.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across e-commerce, social media, email and other online channels.
• Manage and optimise website and product content to improve user experience, SEO and conversion.
• Coordinate marketplace campaigns, vouchers, bundles, launches and promotional activities.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion, campaign performance and customer behaviour, turning data into practical improvements.
• Work with content, creative and other team members to develop campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
• Identify new e-commerce and digital growth opportunities across Malaysia and regional markets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong digital or e-commerce experience are welcome.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, website management and online customer journeys.
• Analytical and comfortable working with sales and campaign performance data.
• Resourceful, commercially minded and able to turn ideas into execution.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adopt AI, digital and productivity tools to improve execution and business results.
• Good written and spoken English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Salary: RM3,000–RM5,000 + Allowances
