Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-3 years experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, retail operations, or logistics coordination.

• Strong inventory control and stock management knowledge.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsible for coordinating inventory movements and logistics support for retail and event-related business activities, including Brand Stores, K-Beauty Fairs, roadshows, pop-up events, and other offline sales channels. Ensure timely stock fulfilment, inventory accuracy, proper stock reconciliation, and smooth execution of retail and event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Process and coordinate stock requests from Retail and Event teams.

• Arrange stock transfers, stock returns, and inventory movements between warehouse and retail locations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system inventory aligns with physical inventory.

• Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate stock discrepancies.

Retail & Event Operations Support

• Ensure requested stocks are delivered accurately and on time to retail stores and event venues.

• Monitor event inventory utilization and coordinate replenishment requests as required.

• Manage post-event stock returns and inventory reconciliation.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics service providers.

• Arrange transportation and track delivery status for retail stores and event locations.

• Follow up on urgent stock requests and delivery exceptions.

• Ensure supporting documents are properly maintained for all stock movements.

Inventory Accuracy & Compliance

• Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and approved.

• Support monthly and annual stock-count activities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the key liaison between Retail, Event, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams.

• Communicate stock availability, delivery schedules, and inventory updates to stakeholders.

• Coordinate urgent operational requirements to support business needs.
