Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives to acquire new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Manage and coordinate industry sponsorship events with external vendors and agencies.
• Organise and execute client onboarding roadshows and other marketing activations.
• Support the Events Manager in delivering high-priority events and marketing initiatives.
• Work with creative teams to develop, adapt, and coordinate marketing materials and assets.
• Track and report post-event performance, including outcomes and key metrics.
• Coordinate with external vendors for marketing-related requests such as translations and promotional materials.
• Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc projects and operational activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in events, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience managing marketing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised with strong project management and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
