What You'll Do

• Search and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to introduce suitable career opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening calls to understand candidates' experience, skills, career interests, availability, and expectations.
• Match suitable candidates with available job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on candidate interview progress.
• Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across different recruitment platforms.
• Explore new sourcing channels and creative ways to attract potential candidates.
• Update candidate information, recruitment progress, and hiring status accurately.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and hiring projects when required.
• Assist the recruitment team with other talent acquisition activities.

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• Strong interest in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or people-related careers.
• Comfortable speaking with and approaching new people.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct candidate screening through phone calls.
• Active and comfortable using social media and online platforms.
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the recruitment team.
• Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
