Position Details

• Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month

• Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday – Friday

• Paid Leave: 8 weeks per year

• Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

• Employment: Full-time

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging photo and video content for our school’s social media platforms

• Take good-quality photos and videos of children, classroom activities and school events

• Edit short videos and reels for social media

• Design social media posts and simple marketing materials using Canva

• Plan and maintain a simple content schedule

• Help showcase our school community and Montessori environment

Events & Activities

• Organise and coordinate school events, celebrations and activities

• Assist with event planning, preparation and on-the-day coordination

• Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure events run smoothly

• Assist with event photography, videography and content creation

Basic Administration

• Assist with basic administrative and office tasks

• Prepare simple documents, lists and event materials

• Provide general support to the school administration when required
