Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for business requirements.
• Build and integrate AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, and automation solutions.
• Fine-tune AI models and optimize performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Monitor AI application performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user support when required.
• Stay updated on the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in AI are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or software development will be given preference.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architecture, and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building enterprise AI solutions integrated with ERP/CRM systems.
• Understanding of data engineering and data pipelines.
