• Responsible for the overall success, profitability, and smooth operation of the store.

• Hire, schedule, train, motivate, and evaluate store staff.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store targets.

• Manage stock levels, ordering, transfers between stores, and expiry checks.

• Ensure store layout and displays follow brand guidelines.

• Manage the store budget and track expenses.

• Report financial performance to the owner or head office.

• Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.

• Resolve staffing, customer, and operational issues efficiently.

• Report sales, staff, and operational updates to the owner or head office.

• Retail management experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.

• Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in staff management, inventory, and sales target setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Presentable, responsible, and professional.

• Can speak Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
