Telemarketing / Appointment Setter

Interior Design & Renovation Company

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our team.

If you have experience in cold calling, telesales, sales or appointment setting, we would like to hear from you.

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: RM2,500/month
• RM50 per successful appointment
• 5 working days per week
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-time position
• Company-provided leads
• Work location: Alam Damai, Cheras

Job Responsibilities

• Call leads provided by the company
• Conduct cold calls and communicate with potential clients
• Qualify leads and identify genuine renovation needs
• Understand the client's basic requirements
• Arrange appointments with qualified prospects
• Pass qualified leads to our Design Consultant for follow-up

Preferred Experience

Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

• Property / Real Estate
• Insurance
• Telemarketing / Telesales
• Sales
• Customer Service

Experience in Interior Design / Renovation is not required.

Requirements

• Comfortable with making cold calls
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate confidently with potential clients
• Able to identify genuine customer needs
• Target-oriented and motivated
• Previous sales or telemarketing experience is preferred
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with new people and motivated by performance-based commission.

You don't need to be an interior designer.

We provide the leads — your job is to connect with potential clients, qualify their needs and set the appointment.
