• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, medical centres, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and smooth order processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's sales growth.
• Attend customer visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and medical workshops when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities and reports.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Medical Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare, is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development when required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.
