Program Duration: 3-Month Graduate Development Programme

• Fresh graduates or Diploma/Degree holders are welcome.

• Interested in Marketing, Sales, or Entrepreneurship.

• Willing to learn, receive coaching, and apply new knowledge.

• Self-motivated, consistent, and results-oriented.

• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

• No prior experience required.

• Participate in online training and coaching sessions.

• Support marketing campaigns and content activities.

• Conduct prospecting and lead generation.

• Communicate and follow up with potential customers.

• Assist with sales activities and achieve assigned targets.

• Work with the team on projects and daily activities.

Programme Structure:
Month 1 – Learn

• Learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, AI, prospecting, and closing.
  
  Month 2 – Do

• Apply your knowledge through real marketing campaigns, database building, prospecting, and sales activities.
  
  Month 3 – Lead

• Develop skills in managing prospects, teamwork, work systems, and basic leadership.
