Job Title:Room Rental Sales Executive
Location:Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours:9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Remuneration: RM2,100 – RM7,500/month (Basic + High Commission)

Job Scope:
As a Room Rental Sales Executive at iRoom Living, you will be the driving force behind our occupancy rates for a growing portfolio of 400 to 500 co-living and homestay units across the Klang Valley. You will manage the end-to-end sales process—from qualifying online leads and showcasing our highly aesthetic, Muji-inspired rooms, to closing deals and ensuring a seamless move-in experience for our tenants.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, property rental, or customer service is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills with a confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.

• Responsible and proactive in managing customer inquiries and overcoming sales objections.

• Possessing your own transport is highly preferred for traveling to various property viewings.

• Reply to room rental inquiries (online platforms & WhatsApp)

• Arrange & conduct room viewing (physical / virtual)

• Follow up leads and convert to confirmed bookings

• Assist with booking confirmation & deposit collection

• Coordinate tenancy agreement with admin team

• Achieve monthly sales & occupancy targets

• Conduct QC check before tenant move-in
