Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor production progress, productivity, product quality, and work efficiency.
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to company SOP and work instructions.
• Monitor machines, materials, and production output to minimize downtime and wastage.
• Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, performance, and daily work allocation.
• Identify production problems and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain proper production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in the paper, carton, printing, or packaging industry.
• Experience in supervising production workers is preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to plan manpower and manage production schedules effectively.
• Able to work independently and solve production-related problems.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work hands-on with the production team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other languages will be an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.We Offer
