Role Description

The Process Engineer role at Seimitsu Electronic is a full-time, on-site position based in Klang. The Process Engineer will design, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for electronic coils, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production data, identifying process improvements, developing and implementing control strategies, and troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor. The role involves collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams, preparing documentation and standard operating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Process Engineer will also participate in root cause analysis, capacity planning, and technical evaluations of new materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Process Design skills for developing and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
• Candidates should possess Process Control capabilities and solid Analytical Skills to monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Candidates should possess a foundation in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing processes.
