WE’RE HIRING: CRAWLER CRANE OPERATOR

Location: Site-Based
Salary: Around RM4,500/month
Employment: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Operate crawler cranes safely to lift, move, and position heavy materials at construction sites.
• Conduct daily crane inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow lifting plans, safety procedures, and supervisors’ instructions.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site personnel during lifting operations.
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with crane capacity limits and site safety requirements.
• Report equipment defects, mechanical issues, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain inspection records and comply with construction safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating crawler cranes.
• Possess a valid crane operator licence or relevant recognised certification.
• Experience in piling, foundation, or heavy construction projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of crane operations and lifting safety procedures.
• Able to work well with the site team and follow instructions.
• Willing to work at construction sites and relocate when required.
