• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure completion according to the approved project schedule, drawings and specifications.
• Supervise on-site construction and interior fit-out works to ensure quality, workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications and site conditions to identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, subcontractor performance, material usage and site activities, and report any delays or issues to Management.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate rectification works to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, inspection records and other project documentation.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, material requirements and variation works.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, company procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, defect rectification and project handover, including follow-up works during the Defects Liability Period (DLP), where applicable.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out or design-and-build projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good project coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management or technical software.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
