As Senior Manager, Business Analytics, you will lead our analytics function to convert audience, product, content, subscription, and commercial data into actionable priorities. You will own the analytics strategy and measurement frameworks for all SMG digital products, ensuring leadership teams have trusted performance views for data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will establish a data-driven culture, build robust BI infrastructure, and direct a team of analysts to support growth and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Analytics Roadmap: Define and carry out end-to-end business analytics roadmaps aligned with revenue targets across digital subscriptions, ad yield, and reader engagement.
• Build Tracking Frameworks: Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to establish tracking and data collection setups (GA4, CDP) across all digital products.
• Dashboarding & Insights: Build and maintain centralized executive dashboards and BI reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) to track web/app performance, user behavior, and revenue.
• Drive Experimentation: Shape hypotheses, test designs, and interpret A/B testing experiments to scale, iterate, or optimize digital product features.
• Advanced Growth Analytics: Apply statistical methods, customer segmentation, propensity modeling, and churn analysis to identify growth opportunities across digital platforms.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in business analytics, product analytics, or data science, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Industry Exposure: Background in digital media, news publishing, content/subscription-based platforms, or data-intensive organizations with advertising/digital commerce models.
• Web & mobile analytics architectures (GA4, GTM, Firebase, BigQuery, Chartbeat) and BI visualization tools (Google Data Studio).
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics (ARPU, CAC, LTV, paywall conversion rates, scroll depth, session duration, CTR).
