Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot and edit short videos, photos, reels, product showcases and showroom/site content.
• Create marketing materials such as posters, e-catalogues, product visuals and promotional content.
• Regularly visit showroom, project sites and warehouse for content shooting.
• Manage content calendar and ensure consistent weekly posting.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Monitor social media performance, enquiries and engagement, and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create content that can generate leads and sales, not just views.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude to improve content ideas and productivity.
• Assist with basic website, Google Drive and digital content updates when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Content Creation / Digital Marketing / Social Media.
• Good skills in Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Able to handle basic photography and videography.
• Creative, proactive and able to think of content ideas independently.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Good communication skills and comfortable appearing/shooting content on-site when required.
• Able to travel to showroom and project sites.
• Experience in interior design, tiles, wall panels, construction or building materials is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
