About the Company

Morgan Philips is exclusively representing a public listed industrial engineering market leader in search for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.

About the Role

You will be reporting directly to the CHRO and leading a team of 5 TA specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group's talent acquisition strategy, aligned with business growth plans across all divisions
• Partner with business leaders and HR business partners on workforce planning, anticipating hiring needs for new projects and assets
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, including engineering, operations, upstream technical and project management talent
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition and sourcing through to offer, negotiation and onboarding handover
• Lead direct sourcing and headhunting for mid to senior-level and specialist roles, reducing reliance on external agencies
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and search firms, including terms, performance and cost
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Strengthen employer brand in the engineering talent market, including LinkedIn presence and careers content
• Build campus and early-career programmes with universities to secure a pipeline of graduate engineers
• Represent the firm at career fairs, industry events and talent networks

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years leading a TA team or function
• Proven direct sourcing and headhunting capability for senior and specialist roles
• Experience implementing recruitment processes, ATS platforms and TA metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the credibility to advise senior leaders and push back when needed
