Job Summary

You will prepare ingredients, maintain kitchen hygiene, and pack items efficiently while working collaboratively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by cutting vegetables accurately to meet recipe requirements
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning as you go, sweeping, and mopping to uphold hygiene standards
• Knead dough and measure ingredients precisely to support food preparation
• Pack items such as boxes and chili flakes carefully to ensure proper storage and handling
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Basic Level 1 Food & Hygiene certification to comply with food safety standards
