Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HSE Intern to join our Health, Safety & Environment team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in workplace safety, environmental management, and occupational health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE team in implementing and monitoring workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Participate in routine workplace safety inspections and site safety observations.
• Assist in identifying potential workplace hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of HSE documents, records, and reports.
• Assist in conducting safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness activities.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among employees and contractors.
• Assist in accident, incident, and near-miss reporting and documentation.
• Support environmental monitoring and waste management activities.
• Assist in organizing HSE campaigns, training sessions, and safety programs.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Willing to participate in workplace and site safety activities.
