Your main responsibilities will be to:

Product Development

• Work closely with the respective internal stake holders such as IT and Sales to continuously develop the Telco products in tune with customer and market requirements
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

Liaisons

• Be responsible for developing products with partner organizations
• Negotiate commercials, contracts and deliverables, develop process flows and customer journey and project manage to meet set timelines.

Campaign Planning & Sales Support

• Planning campaigns and tactical activities for the product life cycle from acquisition, upsell and retention.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Leading the communication and training for all Sales and Front-line team to update them on the latest product and campaigns.

Reporting and Analytics

• Closely monitor all relevant KPIs against target set.
• Track the results of all campaigns to ascertain the ROI.
• Prepares information for management reports by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, reports and analyses.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

• Degree in Business/Finance field;
• Preferably 1 - 2 years’ working experience in the telco industry or with any industry focusing on the foreign labor market. Fresh grads who are encouraged to apply;
• Strong analytical & hands on thinking skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
