Minimum SPM qualification.

Friendly, responsible, and customer-service oriented.

Able to work on a shift basis.

Assist and report to the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Outlet Manager on daily outlet operations.

Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.

Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company SOPs and quality standards.

Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.

Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.

Process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards throughout the outlet.
