Job Description

JEYR VENTURES SDN BHD is looking for a creative, energetic and sales-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, social media content creation, customer engagement and sales. The successful candidate will help promote our products across online platforms while converting enquiries into sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels and product photos.
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotional ideas and content calendars.
• Keep up with current social media trends and identify suitable content opportunities for the brand.
• Manage and respond to customer enquiries through social media and online channels.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability and ordering.
• Manage online orders and coordinate order processing.
• Update product listings, promotions and basic information across online sales channels.
• Assist with in-store sales and customer service when required.
• Maintain basic customer and sales records.
• Work towards individual and company sales targets.
• Support product launches, festive campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Perform other related marketing, sales and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in sales, marketing, social media or content creation.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar editing applications is an advantage.
• Comfortable creating photos and videos for social media.
• Sales-oriented with good customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous retail, e-commerce, digital marketing or sales experience will be an advantage.
