Responsibilities

Content Production

• Turn briefs into platform-ready motion assets, including social videos, Reels, TikToks and HTML5 display sets.
• Edit video in Premiere and build motion scenes in After Effects, delivering final exports optimised for each platform.
• Create clear storyboards and rough animatics to speed approvals and guide production.

Production Systems & Templates

• Design reusable video templates and modular assets to reduce iteration time across campaigns.
• Create and update modular templates for different aspect ratios and campaign themes.
• Maintain organised source files, export presets and simple handover notes so assets are easy to rework.
• Set up straightforward HTML5 export workflows and delivery packages for digital teams.

Collaboration & Studio Delivery

• Work with the creative lead and senior designers to translate direction into launch-ready files with minimal rework.
• Balance BAU production and campaign pushes, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Run quality checks and test final exports across placements before handover.
• Mentor junior designers and share efficient workflows to lift team output and consistency.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years experience in motion design, multimedia or digital content production.
• Portfolio that includes motion graphics, video editing and digital design, with clear social content examples.
• Proven experience producing animated digital communications such as animated social posts, digital display and HTML5 banners.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro; this is non-negotiable for the role.
• Comfortable building assets from scratch in Illustrator and Photoshop, not just prepping files.
• Practical knowledge of export settings, codecs and platform specs for Reels, TikTok and banner formats.
• Nice to have: 3D experience in Cinema 4D or Blender and familiarity with the full video production pipeline beyond post.

• You can work within brand guidelines and adapt creative direction from a lead with minimal supervision.
• Fast turnaround mindset; BAU production and campaign spikes are part of the role.

As a Senior Multimedia Creative you will be the builder who assembles repeatable assets and production systems so the team can scale creative output. You will create everything from reusable video templates to animated social posts and HTML5 display sets, then hand over optimised final files that serve multiple platforms. Your work converts briefs into files that are ready for launch and easy to rework for the next campaign.

Day to day you handle motion graphics, video editing, storyboards and digital comms while collaborating with a creative lead and senior designers. You will balance BAU production and campaign pushes, adapting assets for Reels, TikTok and banner formats with a fast-turnaround mindset. Showing up with strong After Effects and Premiere skills, plus the ability to build in Illustrator and Photoshop, keeps the studio moving.
