Minimum high school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)

Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is a plus

Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok,Lazada, etc.)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and in a team

Nice to have experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Familiarity with marketplace ads (shopee, ads, Tiktok Ads)

Upload and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory)

Process daily orders, coordinate packing, and track shipments

Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email in a timely and professional manner

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers

Assist in running promotional campaigns (flash sales, discounts, bundles)

Track sales performance and prepare basic reports

Manage online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada

Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, descriptions, and visuals.
