Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions. This position manages recruitment and selection processes, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the company attracts and retains skilled talent. The HR Manager administers compensation and benefits, maintains HR policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, performance management support, training and development coordination, HR data and reporting, and partnering with leadership to drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment/labor law compliance in Malaysia.
• Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and relationship building across all levels.
• Ability to manage HR data, use HRIS or similar systems, and prepare accurate reports for management.
• Proven capability in designing or supporting training, development, and engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, ideally within property development, real estate, or professional services.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in Shah Alam on a full-time basis.
