Job Title: Senior Management Executive, Product Engineering

Department: Engineering

Location: PERSADA PLUS, Petaling Jaya

1. High-Quality Technical Execution

· Writes clean, unit-tested data preprocessing and basic model inference code meeting

foundational Definition of Done.

· Follows established code style guidelines and contributes basic module documentation for

team review

· Writes clean, maintainable and unit-tested code for data preprocessing, image processing and

model inference

· Implements CV algorithms/models based on defined technical requirements and established

design patterns.

· Follows established coding standards, Git practices, code review processes and Definition of

Done.

2. Modular Design & Ownership

· Builds isolated, reusable and reproducible data-ingestion, preprocessing and inference

modules designed for integration into larger frameworks.

· Takes ownership of assigned CV components from development through testing and

deployment support.

· Integrates CV components with APIs, databases, messaging systems or downstream

applications where required.

· Assists in running integration tests and validating model performance against staging

environments.

3. Performance & UX Optimization

· Assists UX and engineering peers in translating basic frontend visualization requirements for

CV model outputs.

· Monitors inference latency, memory and processing performance in test/staging environments

and flags anomalies.

· Performs basic analysis of false positives, false negatives and model misclassification to

identify improvement opportunities.

· Monitors inference latency metrics in test environments and flags optimization anomalies under

guidance.

· Supports dataset preparation, annotation validation, image quality checks and data augmentation activities.

4. Lifecycle & Risk Management

· Identifies technical risks that may impact model accuracy, system performance or delivery timelines and escalates them early. · Reviews backlog tasks for clarity and highlights missing technical inputs, sample data or dependencies before starting sprint work. · Participates in POC activities to assess new CV technologies, models or frameworks before adoption. · Keeps CV libraries, frameworks and dependencies up to date and flags deprecation, compatibility and security risks.

5. Operational Reliability & Support

· Identifies and resolves application, data pipeline and model-related issues within the assigned scope. · Provides L3 support for localized CV pipeline and application issues, including log analysis and initial root-cause investigation. · Supports production deployment, post-deployment validation and verification of CV functionality.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the relevant industry
