Job Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist suitable KOLs/KOCs based on content quality, audience relevance, engagement rates and authenticity of interactions.
• Support influencer collaborations, including outreach, briefing, stay arrangements, content submissions and posting follow-ups.
• Assist in managing COBNB’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu.
• Help plan content calendars, write captions, schedule posts and respond to comments and messages.
• Assist with creating marketing content, including short videos, photos and simple visuals showcasing our properties, guest experiences and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and campaign ideas to identify relevant marketing opportunities.
• Track influencer and social media performance, compile reports and support promo code and booking attribution tracking.
• Support marketing campaigns for direct bookings, property promotions, owner recruitment and event spaces.
• Maintain organised creator databases, content libraries and campaign trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing information is accurate and campaigns are delivered on time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising or a related field.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu, with an interest in social media and influencer marketing.
• Basic understanding of social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach and views, to help evaluate KOL/KOC suitability.
• Familiar with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking contacts and campaign performance.
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
