We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM Functional Specialist to own and support end-to-end warehouse management processes across multiple countries and entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise end-to-end SAP EWM/WM processes including inbound, GR, putaway, picking, packing, wave management, staging, GI, inventory, HU, RF and warehouse task management.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM and resolve functional issues across warehouse operations.
• Manage integration with SAP SD/MM, AutoStore/ASRS, 3PL/4PL and other external systems.
• Support RF handheld devices, barcode scanning and warehouse automation processes.
• Lead EWM enhancements, projects, upgrades, testing, go-live and hypercare.
• Work with ABAP, IT, warehouse operations and external vendors on system improvements and integrations.
• Provide user training, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement, system performance and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of SAP experience, including 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM/WM experience.
• At least one full SAP EWM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Embedded EWM, Fiori, SAP GUI and RF processes.
• Strong EWM configuration and SD/MM integration experience.
• Experience with high-volume warehouse operations; exposure to AutoStore/ASRS or warehouse automation is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions and work closely with warehouse operations.
