Able to communicate naturally with different types of users without sounding scripted

Good understanding of Malaysian online conversations, language and social media culture

Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor conversations consistently

Able to recognise potential issues and understand when something needs to be escalated

Comfortable working on a shift-based schedule

Monitor social media platforms and relevant online conversations

Moderate comments and community interactions

Respond to social media conversations in a natural and appropriate tone

Conduct social listening and identify relevant conversations, trends and emerging issues

Monitor potential issues and escalate where necessary

Identify opportunities for relevant and timely engagement

Support factual clarifications where required

Maintain the appropriate voice and tone across different conversations and situations
