Senior Sales Executive [Events & Media Sales]

KL Beauty Week Sdn Bhd is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.

As the company behind KL International Beauty Week (KLIBW), one of Malaysia's largest beauty and lifestyle events, and The Highlighter MY, a leading beauty and lifestyle media platform, we're seeking a driven individual who thrives on building relationships, closing deals and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving revenue across:

• Exhibition booth sales
• Sponsorship and brand partnerships
• Digital advertising and branded content
• Integrated event and media packages

This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with some of the region's leading beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle brands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Sell exhibition booths and sponsorship packages for KL International Beauty Week
• Develop and manage relationships with brands, agencies and key decision-makers
• Create customised proposals and presentations
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with our events, editorial and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in events, exhibitions, sponsorship, media or advertising sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and results-oriented

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience selling exhibition booths or sponsorship packages
• Existing relationships within the beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG sectors
• Experience working in media, publishing, events or agency environments
