Spark Child Development Centre is looking for an Operation & Admin Executive to join our growing team!

Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily administrative, and operational activities
• Attend to clients, parents, visitors, and enquiries in a professional and caring manner
• Manage appointments, calls, messages, emails, and visitor records
• Handle general administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and data entry
• Assist with invoicing, payment records, cash sales, staff claims, and supplier/contractor documentation
• Monitor and maintain office, therapy, safety, kitchen, and janitorial supplies
• Coordinate contractors, meetings, events, and other operational arrangements
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, security, and smooth daily operation of the centre
• Handle confidential information appropriately and perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties when required

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in administration, and operations is an advantage
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Bukku Accounting
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Experience in a healthcare, education, childcare, or service environment is an added advantage
