Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the advertising and media budget to ensure maximization of exposure for O2 Klinik within our target areas, working strictly within the budget to deliver excellent value of money.

Oversee the development of media plans, analyzing them for impact and value of money.

Oversee the execution of advertising and promotion deliverables (online and offline) internal and external communications, pre and post event marketing and all associated areas.

Oversee the design, management and production of all marketing campaigns and promotion activities for the group.

Develop marketing materials in line with clinic needs.

Create an annual marketing plan and drill down specific marketing initiatives by month in line with clinic objectives and needs.

Maintain the consistency on corporate graphic standards.

Manage and work efficiently with agencies, media partners and associations on adverting, promotion, and sponsorship.

Handle all communicational aspects of Public Relations.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and propose innovative marketing initiatives.

Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.

Minimum 7 years of working experience in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Excellent skills in marketing, communication, presentation, and strategic planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a forward-thinking mindset.

Possess excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
