Handle customer enquiries and provide professional customer service.

Assist customers with product, service and account-related enquiries.

Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customers.

Follow up on customer cases when required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Achieve individual and team KPI / performance targets.

Follow company SOPs and service standards.
