As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work alongside experienced sales leaders and gain exposure to multiple industries including Business Advisory, Human Resources, Recruitment, Technology, and Marketing. This role offers accelerated learning, structured mentorship, and a clear pathway towards leadership positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ business challenges and recommend suitable solutions across our advisory, HR, recruitment, technology, and marketing services.
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve individual and team targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new market opportunities.

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
