Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist with end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and basic HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing talent, engaging candidates, and supporting employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Scheduling: Post job openings on job boards, review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, providing updates and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare HR documents, assemble orientation materials, and assist with new hire inductions.
  • Database & Admin: Keep candidate and employee records accurate in HR databases/ATS, and help prepare basic HR reports and letters.
  • Engagement & Training: Help organize employee engagement activities, company events, and internal training sessions.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with good time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Discreet, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
