Required Language: BAHASA MALAYSIA/ENGLISH/MANDARIN

Minimum Education: Minimum SPM

Working hours: 9am-6pm

Responsible and reliable team members

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Inventory systems)

Overtime required

Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Sitegiant,Shopee,TikTok,Lazada)

Receive,inspect and record incoming/outgoing goods.

Pick and Pack customer orders,verifying item codes and quantities to minimze errors.

Print labels,documentation,records related to stock movement

Reply to customer messages and raise dispute for returned orders
