We're looking for a driven Area Manager who knows how to turn operational challenges into measurable improvements.

You'll oversee multiple self-service laundry outlets, lead branch supervisors and ensure every location delivers consistent service, strong operational performance and a positive customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry
• Prior experience managing multiple outlets is required
• Certificate, Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Experience supervising outlet teams and monitoring branch performance
• Good understanding of sales targets, customer service and retail operations
• Able to manage manpower planning, operational reporting and stock control
• Confident handling customer complaints and operational challenges
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Independent, responsible and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• High level of professionalism and integrity

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Lead Multiple Outlets to Better Performance

• Monitor sales, customer service and operational performance across assigned branches
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce unnecessary expenses
• Ensure consistent execution of company procedures and operational standards

2. Build Strong Outlet Teams

• Lead, coach and evaluate outlet supervisors and team members
• Support recruitment, workforce planning and staff development
• Guide teams on service quality, sales targets and daily operations

3. Keep Every Branch Running Smoothly

• Oversee outlet cleanliness, safety, stock control and administrative processes
• Review daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
• Monitor sales collections, cleaning schedules and branch performance
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues when required

4. Support Business Growth

• Coordinate promotional campaigns with headquarters and marketing teams
• Ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly and on schedule
• Conduct branch performance reviews and recommend operational improvements
