Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting and finance functions for the Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Oversee Group financial reporting, monthly consolidation, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports, business performance updates, and management information.
• Work closely with the General Manager on financial planning, budgeting, business performance analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team, including pricing, quotations, billing, invoicing, and contract-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST regulations, Group policies, and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and corporate secretarial service providers on finance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in Group reporting, consolidation, and cash flow management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
