Role Description The Freelance Graphic Designer will work on-site in Petaling Jaya in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual concepts for property projects, developing branding and marketing materials, and ensuring design consistency across print, digital, and video assets. The role involves translating project positioning into compelling visuals, producing graphics for sales galleries, social media, and digital campaigns, and adapting designs for 3D renderings and virtual experiences. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, refine layouts based on feedback, prepare files for production, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital applications.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities for property projects.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for marketing collateral and digital content.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software).
• Portfolio demonstrating work on branding, marketing campaigns, or property-related projects.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Petaling Jaya and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
