What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification, with passes in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong selling and persuasion skills are essential.
• Previous sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of internet, broadband or telecommunications services is preferred.
• Confident, self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300 basic salary + commission
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (alternate Saturdays)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Executives (Telemarketing). In this role, you will promote telecommunications products, engage with potential customers through outbound calls and help customers find suitable packages based on their needs.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to promote telco product and packages.
• Handle inbound calls regarding product promotions, package enquiries and customer applications.
• Explain product features, pricing and promotions clearly to potential customers.
• Recommend suitable packages based on customers' needs and requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure all sales activities and customer applications comply with company procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
