• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience, or equivalent skills demonstrated through personal or academic projects.
• Exposure to at least one backend language (Go preferred, Node.js, Java, C#, Python with a willingness to learn Go).
• Experience in JavaScript, React, and Redux is an added advantage.
• Understanding of SQL basics, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git (pull request workflows and code review)
• Proficient in English & Mandarin 
• Willingness to learn, collaborative, and take responsibility for code quality, particularly in systems handling financial transactions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Go, Redux Toolkit, redux-saga, Vite, or pnpm.
• Familiarity with Redis & WebSockets.
• Exposure to any fintech, payment systems, or digital wallets.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.

•  Develop and fix features in Go backend services (APIs & background workers) and React frontend application (consumer application & backoffice).
• Write SQL queries for PostgreSQL and use Redis through existing patterns.
• Write and maintain tests by following coding standards to ensure code quality checks and CI pipelines run successfully.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs reported by clients and team members.
• Learn the platform's business domain, including transactions, digital wallets, and partner integrations.
