Manage daily operations of Shopee and Lazada stores, including product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and online promotions.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.

Plan and create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Monitor online sales performance and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns and promotional activities.
