Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics or related field.

Experience in market research, sales, marketing or business analysis is preferred.

Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.

Commercially minded with good understanding of customer and market trends.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Able to work independently and conduct field research when required.

Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred.

Conduct market research on the gold industry, pricing trends and competitors.

Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, marketing activities and sales strategies.

Analyse customer behaviour, market demand and sales trends.

Track traffic, leads, conversion rates and marketing performance.

Identify sales gaps, market opportunities and areas for business growth.

Work with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and improve sales and marketing strategies.

Prepare market insights and provide actionable recommendations to Management.
