Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL.) is a plus

Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple invoices/tasks

Good communication and organisational skills

Data Entry & Record Keeping

Invoice Processing

Accounts Payable

Monthly and Year-End Inventory Reporting

Financial Reporting Assistance

Bank Reconciliation

Expenses Management

Documentation & Filing

Assist with SST, withholding tax or other relevant tax documentation where applicable

Provide supporting documents for internal and external audits

General support and perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
